Terms of service

These terms apply to Moonbyte Labs and its products. Moonbyte Labs is owned and operated by Saurabh Kumar, an individual based in Darbhanga, Bihar, India. Each product also has its own terms, linked below; if they differ, the product's own terms apply to that product.

Our products

• ScreenBubble: an in-browser screen and webcam recorder. ScreenBubble terms
• DocForge: in-browser PDF and image tools. DocForge terms
• TestPass: a Google Play closed-testing service with real testers, and Android app development. TestPass terms
• Orbiq, Ludo Alive, Chess Critters: free Android games, distributed through Google Play under Google Play's terms.

Plans and payments

• Every product has a free tier. Paid plans and their prices are listed on our pricing section and on each product's website.
• Paid plans for ScreenBubble and DocForge are one-time payments. They unlock paid features for the period shown (24 hours, 30 days, 365 days or lifetime) and never renew automatically.
• TestPass plans are one-time payments for a closed test or a pack of tests. App Build projects are quoted individually and paid in stages agreed before work starts.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where available, in US Dollars ($). Payments are processed by Razorpay in India and by PayPal elsewhere.

Delivery

Our web products are digital services; nothing is shipped. ScreenBubble and DocForge plans activate immediately after a successful payment and show a license key. TestPass tests start after your app is approved, as described on the TestPass website. If something doesn't activate, email us with your payment ID and we'll fix it within 48 hours.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to break the law, infringe others' rights, forge documents, harm other users, or bypass plan limits or license checks. License keys are for your own use and must not be shared or resold. We may suspend access obtained through fraud or chargebacks.

No warranty and liability

We work hard to keep our products reliable, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Google's decisions about your app's production access are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Darbhanga, Bihar have jurisdiction.
